Terms and Conditions

I authorize Inland Networks (the d/b/a of Inland Telephone Company, Inland Long Distance Company, R
& R Cable Company, Inland Internet and Inland Security) to charge any credit/debit card, and/or I
authorize my bank to deduct any checking/savings payment(s) from my checking/savings account, on
the payment date as such is made.

If a payment profile was created for automatic payment(s), I authorize Inland Networks to charge and
credit/debit card payments to my credit/debit card, and/or I authorize my bank to deduct any
checking/savings payment(s) from my checking/savings account, on the payment date as indicated.
If Inland Networks is unable to secure funds from my credit/debit card or my bank for any reason,
including, but not limited to, insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when submitting my
electronic payment, Inland Networks will charge a $20.00 card denial fee or $30.00 charge for non‐
sufficient funds, as applicable, and may take further collection action, if appropriate, to the extent
permitted by law.

A late fee, per service provided, may be applied to my Inland Networks account, should payment for
any reason, including but not limited to, card cancellation is not timely made to Inland Networks.
